Today, we bring that same dedication to every project — delivering spaces that are thoughtfully designed, carefully planned, and expertly built.
Our roots go back to growing up in East Vancouver, where working with our hands was part of everyday life. From building small projects to spending time on job sites, we developed an early understanding of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Our father, Nikolay, came to the U.S. at 18 and built his career from the ground up — starting as a tile apprentice, becoming a contractor, and going on to build homes through years of experience.
That foundation continues to shape how we approach every project today.
Nick is the driving force behind Nick and Sons, bringing years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of construction to every project. Having grown up working on job sites and learning the trade from an early age, he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Today, Nick leads each project with a focus on quality, clear communication, and delivering results that align with each client’s vision. His approach is simple — plan carefully, build correctly, and ensure every project is completed to a high standard.
