Phase 1
Design and Permitting
In this phase we will develop your vision, and let you visualize it in three-dimensional space, to ensure practicality and satisfaction.
After you approve the design, we will prepare construction documents and obtain the necessary permits.
Phase 2
Land Prep
Next is the preparation of the site for vertical construction. That includes any demolition, underground work, brush and tree clearing, and excavation.
Depending on the project scope not all work listed above might be required.
Phase 3
Construction
Now the actual construction of your vision will take place. We will manage all contractors, vendors, and any necessary inspections, to ensure that all work is completed properly.
Phase 4
Property Transformation Services
This phase is optional
